About Us

We are a husband-wife duo based at the foothills of the beautiful Chiltern Hills, Buckinghamshire. Working in partnership with Positive Strength BJJ we offer both clinic-based sessions in a private room at the BJJ gym space in High Wycombe, and home visit appointments for neurological and vestibular/dizziness clients.

Together we offer a huge breath of experience, with Bryan specialising in musculoskeletal physiotherapy, while Livvy’s specialities include the rehabilitation of neurological and vestibular/ dizziness conditions.

Bryan Roland

Bryan graduated in 2015 from Kings College London with a BSc in Physiotherapy. From there, he spent another 7 years in London completing junior rotations before specialising in Musculoskeletal care back in 2018. This compromised both NHS and private care with exposure to hydrotherapy, fracture clinics and exercise classes. Bryan is also accomplished with hosting teaching from world renowned speakers. Bryan moved into primary care where he obtained master’s modules in exploring the edges of his scope of practice, such as analysing blood work, ordering scans and injection therapy. This culminated in being part of a panel at a primary care conference on how best to integrate this novel physiotherapy role in a GP.

Bryan then moved into a mixed managerial/leadership role to balance out his clinical responsibilities and this includes leading on teaching sessions and delivering evidence informed care via journal clubs etc while managing multiple staff members.

Bryan has more recently focused on leadership skills and attended national conferences on better understanding pain and how it becomes persistent.
